To contribute to advancing the health of humankind, we will promote research in the area of life sciences and its interdisciplinary fields, and foster expert knowledge and skills that meet the needs of society and the current times, as well as human resources that possess a well-rounded character and a high sense of morality.

Objectives

  1. Promote research in life sciences through a framework that exceeds the boundaries of research fields and professional spheres.
  2. Implement superior research projects by proactively supporting the design, planning, and execution of individual research.
  3. Improve the intellectual information environment necessary for research activities, and enrich the research environment.
  4. Establish a support system for researchers and graduate students to energize research activities.
  5. Cultivate researchers with a high sense of morality, social skills, and a well-rounded character.
  6. Promote research in life sciences that fosters highly specialized medical professionals to contribute to the local community and international society.
  7. Strengthen the collaborative structure among industry, government, and academia, and contribute to society by promoting the founding of outstanding businesses.
